Home Directions for use: Step One (60 tablets per bottle)- Take 2 tablets daily in divided doses. We recommend taking 1 tablet in the morning with a meal or snack and 1 tablet in the afternoon or evening with a meal or snack. It is not necessary to exceed 2 tablets a day. Two (90 tablets per
bottle)- Take 4- 6 tablets daily in divided doses. Step two is
different from step one in dosage. You may take step two with a
meal or snack but it will actually work better taken on an empty
stomach. We recommend taking 2 tablets three time daily (or 3 tablets

Your hair
may break for a number of reasons. Relaxers are one of the most
potent and alkaline chemicals anyone can put on the hair. The purpose of
a relaxer is to destroy peptide bonds. In contrast to a curly perm which
only breaks the bonds and then they are reformed, relaxers destroy them.
